Stage Your House to SELL

Even in this fast-paced seller’s market, there are things you can do to make your home more appealing to a wider audience and help increase the amount of offers received in both quantity and quality.

According to the National Association of Realtors®, “eighty-two percent of buyers’ agents said staging made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home.”

And that interest can easily translate to increased offers. In fact, both buyers’ and sellers’ agents report “that home staging raised the dollar value offered between 1% and 5%, compared to similar homes on the market that hadn’t been staged.”
